OnePlus announces doorstep pickup and drop service across 19,000+ Pin codes in India

OnePlus on Wednesday (June 25, 2025) announced doorstep pickup and drop service of devices across 19,000+ Pin codes in India with an objective of strengthening its aftersales network across tier 2 and tier 3 cities.

This expansion is a part of OnePlus’s ₹6,000 crore three-year timeline Project Starlight which was introduced in Q4 2024.

The Chinese smartphone seller is also working to expand its service network across 28 states and over 400 cities over the next 3 to 5 years. Over the past year alone, the number of OnePlus service centres has grown by more than 50%, claims OnePlus.

Additionally, the OnePlus’s customer support ecosystem will have dedicated call centres, real-time live chat, verified WhatsApp support and Email-based service channels.

OnePlus had also rolled out a nationwide service camp across its service centres, till June 30, where users can get a free device health check-up and software update for all OnePlus smartphones.

The out-of-warranty devices can get zero service charges on select repairs.
